Rev. Dr. Michael H. Koplitz is an ordained elder, author, teacher, and facilitator. He earned a Ph.D. in Hebraic Studies in Christianity from the Bible Learning University, a Doctor of Ministry degree in Christian Leadership from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, a Master of Divinity degree from Lancaster Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Dickinson College (Carlisle, PA). He currently lives in York, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Sandra, where he has been a pastor for the United Methodist Church for over 20 years.

The content was interesting and informative, however, the special effects of the videos (and occasionally the editing) made the videos distracting at times.

When I saw that this course confused Darius for Xerxes there was no reason for me to continue. If the simple identification of the Persian emperor is wrong, then how can I trust the rest of it?
When I saw "Ancient Bible Study Methods" and "The Hillel method" mentioned in the description of these lectures, I was intrigued.
However!!!
Maybe this lecture series is only meant as a promotion for the book written by the author?
I honestly listened to ALL the lectures, but unfortunately I can't list anything that would cause me to recommend these lectures to someone else. (Maybe I am too strict about a lecture series for which there is no charge?)
Finally, I should add that the technical delivery of this course is also very unprofessional.
Please never include background music for a lecture!!! People are trying to hear the content - not be entertained! Also the use of pictures and strange video clips does not help...
