It contains three simple, easy to follow yoga routines that can be used when you don't have enough time for a longer practice.
The sessions are all designed to help you gently arrive back in your body and cultivate health and well being in your body as well as a calmer and clearer mind.

Yoga has soo many benefits, but sometimes it can be hard to know where to begin- there are soo many styles and ways to practice available to us nowadays that it can become very overwhelming. This short course is designed to give you a simple place t start. You can practice with one session a day for 3 days to get yourself into a little rhythm with some gentle yoga- and from this simple foundation the sky is the limit.
