Description
Who doesn't want to be successful? If you look at all successful people, they are great at transforming the way things are done. Transformation is key for progress. However the reality is more than 70% of transformation projects fails and only 30% of it succeeds. This is according to Project Management Institute study on companies. In my other course 3- step framework for transformation, I dealt with the framework that is essential for transformation. In this course I provided the details of 3- change journey required for making transformation successful be in that elite 30% successful leaders. The points discussed in 3- step framework and here are not theory it is written based on my own experience and implementing these steps multiple times during the last 4 decades of my experience. If you pay attention to the details and understand them clearly, your chances of making the transformation success is very high. As a Leader what one need to do and how you will involve your leaders is discussed first, then People are key to success of any transformation, what all steps one need to take care on the people journey and finally the Program journey, one need to know the destination to reach first and the timeline by which you would like to do, then have check and balance to find our are you in the direct direction.
