This course is designed by former professional ballerina, dancer & world renowned instructor Action Jacquelyn. Throughout this program you'll receive expert guidance through the ballet barre workout method that's going to tone your body while creating long, lean, flexible muscles.
This program is comprised of 4 30 minute workout videos that target your full body. Each video in this series is following-along, meaning Jacquelyn will be doing each move with you, and the focus will be on strengthening the core, legs, arms, and back, using proper alignment and technique. Beginning with the basics of each step, the course progresses to teach all of the basic barre exercises. It will provide you with what you need to know about each step, giving you a combination which allows you to master each concept before moving on to the next. Every video of the course will lead you through a full ballet barre workout routine, giving you a platform for daily practice.
This course was designed from Action Jacquelyn's proven method, utilizing low impact, high intensity body weight movements that will help you build muscle and coordination, improve your flexibility, and give you the confidence to step into a local open ballet class.
This is for all levels, and no equipment is required. However, if you would like to increase the intensity of each workout, you can add ankle weights and some light hand weights.
