Yes it's a good course and also what I'm looking for. I do plan meals for my family but it gets hard sometimes. But now I'm reassured again that planning meals ahead of time is really important. Now I also understand the importance of portion sizing and knowing what food are healthy and what food I need to add more or less in my diet. ??
information is great and the presentation style, relaxed. Makes me think about the smaller things, not just the end goal.
