This course is designed for individuals who struggle with self-sabotage and frequently find themselves stuck in cycles of self-doubt, procrastination, and self-defeating behaviours. Through a combination of video lessons, learners will gain an understanding of the root causes of self-sabotage and develop strategies for breaking free from these destructive patterns.
