Description
Bullying is one of the most horrible experiences you can have. There are many reasons why people bully, however, there are many ways you can create strength in you and overcome this horrible and despicable behaviour. Your most powerful defence is the knowledge you acquire through your experience of the world and what others have imparted to you. Knowledge is power! If you want to defend yourself against the bully, you need to equip yourself with this knowledge. This course aims to impart as much information as possible which will not only direct and guide you to eliminate this behaviour from your life but also create a process of healing that can happen instantly in conjunction with what is going on. I sincerely hope and pray you find peace and joy again. I know, what you are going through. You can enhance and strengthen yourself again. You have the power to do this. Always seek medical help if the bullying is effecting your wellbeing & make sure you talk to an authority who can help stop the bullying.....whether it is your human resources department or a collage teacher. As a counsellor I have helped hundreds of people overcome this horrible behaviour projected on others. I trust this will help those in the virtual world who are not able to attend a live one to one online or in-person session of counselling with me in London.
