Every lesson with Grant was a pleasure. His delivery underscored the passion he has for his craft, while his course content made it evident he's an expert in his field. The only other commercial real estate course I've taken in my life is his other Udemy class "Commercial Real Estate Investing 101: A Comprehensive Guide", which I also highly recommend. Even with my limited knowledge in the field, this course taught me how to build out my own financial model in only a couple of hours!

Probably the most informative course I've ever taken! This course really clarified CRE financial modeling for me, I can now build my model from scratch! Highly recommend to anyone looking to quickly deepen their understanding of CRE investments.
I couldn’t believe how informative and valuable this course is. It is literally a primer on so many important facets of commercial real estate investing. And best of all, it provides the information in a very straightforward, concise, and engaging format. I would recommend this course to anybody who is new in the field, as well as to those are looking to brush up on their skills—-a must watch video series for anyone serious about commerical real estate investing!!!
