YES. The breakdowns of how he uses the programs and the differences of photoshop and Clip, made me remember why I bought Clip. I Just defaulted back to shop because I was already used to it. I actually want see what else he has.

The beginning is hard and a bit tiring. For me its really too much comparison between photoshop and clip studion. In the first lessons I learned more things i didn't know about photoshop. I thought about to stop the course but then I gave it a chance... The following lessons were better, the view really on clip studio and not at the comparison to another programm. Clip studio has a lot of functions and I think the basic of important functions are explained well. For people who never work with it or don't use photoshop for finishing correction, there are some function I miss for explanation, like changing the saturation or hue. I learned some new things I didn't know before. Someone who never worked with the programm will find here a base about the function, but be ready to get a lot useless information about what's not possible with photoshop ;) and some functions are exlpained more the once, other just get scratched without really an explanation. I missed the subtitles, because it's sometimes hard to follow the spoken words. My conclusion: 1. the information are not bad, the concept are well in the basic but sometimes poorly implemented 2 the "teacher" is sometime difficult with his explanations, definitly someone who normaly not teaching 3. there are a lot useless information and i miss at the other hand some useful things

Mostly an overview of the available tools and a quick demonstration of how they work but its very easy to get lost when the instructor begins drawing or painting, as there is a large labyrinth of menus and sub-menus that can become disorientating which makes it hard to follow along unless you frequently pause the replay parts of the video. The audio quality could also stand to be a bit better, this really makes me feel the lack of subtitles. Sometimes its a bit hard to make out what's being said when I'm not listing through earphones due to a noticeable reverb in the audio. Overall, this provides a quick rundown of the tools CSP has to offer, but anything deeper than that tends to be passed over pretty quickly.

Teacher is very knowledgable but bad at explaining. Started from the setup video. I'm not expecting an explanation of every setting or feature of the program, but at least try to explain what settings are adjusted and why. The first few settings it seemed like he tried to explain but then he just gave up and started saying "ok click this box, and then this one, then go here and turn this on." This is made worse by the fact that there is no comment section for each video where users could at least try to help explain to each other what's happening. The creator isn't very articulate with English and therefore not good at explaining some of the more complex or subtle features. For instance when talking about perspective rulers, it sounded like he was saying vention points. I thought he was trying to say vantage points until I looked up another resource on perspectives and learned about vanishing points. He spends so long explaining basic things and will repeat the explanations multiple times like how to use the vector brush and vector erasor for lines, but then he will give a rushed explanation of something very complicated without explaining the purpose of what he's doing. Like when he explained how to automate the fill process for different layers I had no idea why he was filling all the layers with white. It's great that he shows how to use hotkeys but I wish he wouldn't use them so much because it just makes it even more difficult to follow what he's doing. Sometimes it seems like he his just winging it and doesn't really have a planned explanation, he just hopes that he can convey the lesson by just tinkering and fiddling, but it's not ideal. He needs to plan out the spoken explanation as well, ideally with subtitles, instead of relying purely on visual demonstration. His pronunciation off at times and his accent is thick, but he speaks very quickly. Clearly he is comfortable speaking english but that doesn't mean he's easy to understand.
