Being stuck in my apartment during the covid virus this pleasant warm up exercise routine on a sailboat background gets me in a great mood for the day.
The first few things were nice, but Rokas, you must realize that as a beginner, I am not as mobile as you. For instance, when you squat, I can't go nearly as low, and not easily like you. For that squat it would be good to warm us up, or do ankles first.
I am following Rokas Move works and routines on Instagram. Amazing how he as a teacher is improving and spreading his simple and playful challenges to everyone. I will definitely continue watching his videos. Even if I know most of these moves already, I keep forgetting. It's so good to remember after a while watch this course again and update your routine with small things. Thank you Rokas Move. Keep up with great routine!
