I attended the University of Arizona and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration while majoring in Management Information Systems. This program is ranked in the top five of all universities in the country. I have spent the past 17 years in Corporate America primarily focused on project management and working with executive teams to ensure that projects that are approved are aligned with the organizations strategic plan.
I have managed projects with teams as small as 3 team members with a duration of 30 days to projects with teams as large as over 50 team members spanning the United States with a budget of 50 million dollars.
Over the past three years I have spent most of my time working with organizations that have projects that are failing or have failed and need to be resurrected so that the initiative can be completed successfully.
Lastly, I am well versed in creating PMO departments for organizations that have matured operationally and have bought in to the benefits of following best in breed PM methodologies that are aligned with the companies strategic plan.
