I'm a passionate and fiery Trainer,  Speaker,  Author, and Certified Life Strategist-Mindset Coach.  My true niche  is  helping  people "push past  stuck.” 

As a former Emmy, Telly, and Aurora-winning  journalist, I spent over 30 years interviewing and working with some of the top thought-leaders and influencers of our time— including:  Zig Ziglar, Oprah, Dr. Phil, Iyanla, Anthony Robbins, and my SI (Strategic Intervention) coaching  mentors - Mark and Magali Peysha.

My real SUPER POWER is the life I've lived.  I've transitioned, thrived and successfully lived out 6 of my dreams. Though the areas of work and service history seem quite different — they are all very organically aligned to WHO I AM, and what MY TALENTS and GIFTS ARE.
