I found my passion working as a Wellness Specialist 20 years ago. I love guiding people towards practices that will assist them in healing themselves and helping them to attain a balanced state of health.
I am qualified as a Yoga Teacher (E-RYT500), Mindful Eating Facilitator (MB-EAT), Shiatsu Practitioner (MrSS UKSS), Clinical Nutritionist (IAN), Personal Trainer (CIMSPA) and Pilates Instructor (BASI).
I run international classes, workshops and retreats offering yoga and mindful eating. My first book, Eat Mindfully, is about my personal journey with finding peace with food and eating. I will soon be releasing further books related to movement and energy practices.
I'm as passionate about creating online courses as I am working with clients in person. Whether online or in-person, my goal is to ensure what I'm teaching is communicated in the most efficient and enjoyable way. I always want my clients and students to feel empowered and motivated by what they learn.
