It helps us to deepen our relationship and bond with the others and increase our capabilities to solve problems, form an effective team and gain the ability to make decisions. It allows us to communicate even difficult or negative messages without creating conflict or destroying trust. Through effective communication we could better understand the emotions and intentions, we are able to know how to convey our message so that it is well understood and received. I believe that whatever challenge you are facing or whatever questions you have about life are due to miscommunication or misunderstanding. People prefer to work along pre-defined courses of action and are not willing to listen to others. This results in dissatisfaction at work. Closeness of mind may reject useful and lucrative suggestions. It acts as a barrier to communication. In the course I have given some tips how to overcome barrier and how one can be a good communicator. As Jim Rohn says “If you just communicate, you can get by, but if you communicate skillfully, you can work miracles”.
