A little low on energy or just wanting to embrace all those positive vibes?
This free mini yoga and breathwork course is all designed to help you feel good! The course includes:
- a 30 minute guided feel good yoga flow, suitable for all experience levels
- a 10 minute energising breathwork class to ignite your inner fire
- a downloadable gratitude book to help you explore the wonderful things you're grateful for
This feel good course is led by My Self-Care Edit founder Alice Rawsthorne. "My aim is to encourage others to take some Me Time - to move and breathe and flow and feel good."
You don't need any previous yoga experience, or any special equipment - simply show up with your body and your breath, and we'll guide you through the rest. The classes are designed at an open level, meaning that they can be done by complete beginners or more experienced yoga practitioners. Different options are provided for postures in the yoga class, depending on your experience level and your own personal body.
Please note, this programme is not suitable for pregnant people (take a look at my other courses for a pregnancy-friendly option).

200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Union Bali (Yoga Alliance certified)
65 Hour Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training with MOGA® (Yoga Alliance certified)
150 Hour Yoga Diploma (CPD certified)
Yoga Anatomy Training (Jason Crandell)
150 Hour Meditation Teacher Diploma (CPD certified)
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA England)
