My name is Tatiana Fait. I am a Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, Certified Life Coach and Counselor.
I have been practicing Hata yoga Sivanda Style for over 20 years as well Qi Gong creating an integrative mindful in movement practice.
Meditation has been "the drop that cuts thru the rock" for me, and I'm sure it would be of great benefit to any body willing to cultivate the Art of Meditation.
I am mostly vegan, I do eat honey and I believe in a respectful symbiotic relationship with animals. I love nature and having long walks with my dogs.
