Hello, I'm Oliver
As a certified somatic movement therapist, I have over 30 years of experience in working with people of all ages, around the world. Beside sleep education, I have experience in working with neurological challenges, tension-related stress, and conditions like MS. I also work with performing artists to help them improve skills and excel in their profession.
In my work, my aim is to show how to discover ways can stimulate the brain toward positive change, improve and heal.
What I teach is inspired by how I was able to find solutions to my own challenges, including jaw tension, poor sleep, and back-pain. It was amazing to find out, during a 4-years of professional training in educational neuroscience, how how gentle therapeutic movements could change and heal my troubles.
Inspired by my experiences and discoveries, I developed the Moving into Sleep Method and the Free Your Jaw program. I use these methods every day, and I know that everyone can get the same benefits, calmer nervous system, feel better and sleep well.
