I specifically enjoyed “The Master Key - Managing Stress” this is something that is a hot topic during these current times and the focus on tips for managing stress throughout this course is very relative, detailed and concise.

10/10. I would definitely recommend. I was so surprised at how much FREE content was available. Courses like this reinvigorate my faith in humanity and I take peace knowing that regardless of our shoddy governments individuals like Sheila take matters into their own hands to address real world issues. Incredible course. Easy to follow along with short but detailed points all the way through. Can’t wait to implement them into my day to day life to help manage my mental health.

I absolutely loved this course! The videos were very interesting and gave fantastic guidance on how to make some changes to improve stress management. I liked how they were easy and achievable so everyone can benefit from this. I especially enjoyed the section on breathing techniques as this is something I need to work on. I think that the information in this course should be taught in schools!! The relaxation session at the end was a perfect way to complete the module and I am looking forward to implementing these strategies in my day to day.

I really enjoyed this! The videos wre clear and concise along with the visuals and content. The odd stammer or slip of a word by the narrator actually added to the presentation as it felt more down to earth and realstic. We all make mistakes and to hear and see a professional not being fazed by them was a powerful message in itself. She spoke well wand had a calm manner about her which madethe videos easy to listen to.
There were some very good tips that one can start to practise right away and I loved the sayings at the beginning of each section.
Finally the mediation at the end by the well known and loved naturalist has made me feel very calm and realxed whist writing this,
