IT WAS NICE KNOWING THAT THE LESSON ARE ENJOYING SPECIALLY WHEN YOU TRY TO TRY TO DO AND FOLLOW THE STEPS THAT THE LECTURER SHOWING.
It is very well explained and easy to follow, however the crumb on this cake seems to be light and fluffy. In my experience Victoria sponge is normally a more dense cake. The cake tastes fantastic light,fluffy and delicious.will definitely make it again I also made this recipe into cupcakes and they were amazing. Thank you
