Will also be using two different marinades and using cherry wood and apple wood with our charcoal smoker.

It was a very good learning about Berbecue Chicken.
I would have expected longer and more structured lessons. The recap lesson is just a 15 minutes repetition about the lessons that combined actually take also 15 minutes. With that said, the trainer seem to knowledgeable about this recipe.
