BBQ beef ribs are somewhat harder to get a great outcome. I believe you have done a great job with this technique maintaining, the tenderness without letting the meat fall apart! Great job! Thank you.

I have some issues establishing what spices should mix with some sauces. But luckily, the instructor goes in depth with what mixes and the chemistry of the food in a smoking state.
