People have the wrong perspective about free things, "its free so you have nothing to lose" However i could feel my brain cells deleting themselves while i forced myself to watch watching this. This is on par with a child's grade 6 book report, and the sound quality resembles an old school fast food drive through. and the advice on par with a 10 sec google search. The biggest problem is it is very tailored to the creator of the video so it can help people but i have a hard time thinking this is going to help many people. If you can type words and click a search button this is a waste of your time.
i have learned that taking care of the digestive system helps with weight loss
I think all of what was said is useful and for the most part absolutely true. On the spiritual side, I think it does not matter if you are religious, meditation helps everyone. I think it is good this course is available to help people.
