how to make moroccan bread

 i'm mariam nassih 33 years old i'm a morocccan women, i grown up in casablanca and I am a computer developer, mother of 1 kid and also im a moroccan chef.......! but at hoooome... yeeees i'm working at home, i sell moroccan food and pastry at home, my small kitchen is my big factory. 

I learned cooking when I was 11 years old, I had to learn it because my mother was too busy with her work and I had 2 brothers and I had to prepare the food in the absence of my mother

and in that's time my adventure started with Moroccan cuisine because I felt that I had the passion to learn Moroccan cuisine
