The Power of Positivist is amazing . I personally follow it and it has given us a great tool to fight the current situation of Covid . Eg: My team was very much afraid for their livelihood during this covid pandemic . There was all negative energy in the their team, apart from showing empathy , I have requested them to enrich their knowledge by taking courses from Udemy which has been a great success story . I myself has been using Udemy extensively during this uncertain times
nice key points on how to make small changes to the daily routines to make the beginning of the day a conscious thing, not a mechanical routine. Good reminders of the things that affect our mental state and change it. I liked it and found it to be just long enough, I would have liked more visuals to keep me engaged but I liked the images used and they didn't distract from the points being made.
Good basic course
It got better as it went along. Some good reminders about going back to basics. Delivered in a nice style.
