This course was extremely helpful especially for someone like me who was averse to using social media, even when I know it can help my small business. The only thing I would say is that some of the video guides in the lessons need updating as the formats on Facebook and Instagram have changed. For someone like me who was trying to set up my accounts, the outdated video guides/instructions was a bit frustrating. But, I so appreciated access to the class-THANK YOU!

This course broke down the steps needed to be successful on social media in small enough bites to make it actually digestible, while also giving me the boost I needed to make certain moves for my company that seemed to daunting to handle on my own. I feel like I am capable of moving forward, where before I was feeling frozen by being overwhelmed with tasks. I was also able to niche my business down better so that marketing is much easier.

I didn't realize I would have to learn about all platforms. I chose LinkedIn only as my social media platform of choice and I find the other platforms a bit exhausting. So, I would prefer to skip lessons/sections if they are not relevant to me. Case and her team are really responsive to feedback and supportive throughout the course. You can gain a lot of value from speaking with them even if its for different platforms.
