Not bad for a free course. Cons: The talking is way to fast, I tried to slow it down and it was very distracting. In the beginning he talks about eating whatever you want with if, then changes it to eating healthy towards the end. Keeping your same diet might help you lose some pounds but it wont change your over all health and could make it worse. Pros: Its a great course for free and gives some valid info. I recommend it for sure as a jumping off platform. It's good information in a small space. though it would be a tad longer if it slowed down a bit. :) thanks for the course.
