This course is an Introduction to Yang & Yin Yoga for all levels. It is possible that there may be someone reading this that really does not know what Yang Yoga is or what Yin Yoga is. If that reader is you then this course may be right for you because it provides answers to questions and enquiries about what Yang Yoga is and what Yin Yoga is.
With-in the first section of the course the teacher provides brief explanations about what Yang Yoga is and What Yin Yoga is.
In the next section of the course, the teacher answers questions related to reasons why you may not have started Yang or Yin Yoga. There are a number of reasons why you may not have tried Yoga, perhaps when you listen to the lectures , you might hear a reason you have used for not trying Yoga. So how do you move forward from the everyday circumstances and challenges blocking you from starting Yoga? The teacher provides some suggestions to help you get started with a Yoga practice at home.
Can Yoga be practiced anytime, any place or anywhere? The video lectures answering these questions may provide an answer for you to this question.
The course also includes discussions and Practice sessions about Warm-ups and Practice sessions for Yang & Yin Yoga with the teacher. These Practice sessions can give you another view of how a Yang Yoga practice is different from a Yin Yoga practice.
Please note that some of the Yoga sequences may have postures that may not be accessible to all levels due to physical challenges or limitations. Please follow the instructions carefully in the lectures about how to prepare for a Yin or Yang Yoga practice.
