The roots of Italian cuisine are tied to the earth, to the sun and also to the heart.
This is the Italian cooking magic simplicity: Wheat, tomato, two simple ingredients that can be easily transformed into a work of art.
In this short free course I will teach you the two recipes that have become a symbol of Italy in the world. Pasta with tomato sauce and bread balls, which we can consider a symbol of Italian cuisine (this recipe is also suitable for vegetarians).
I would love to be able to entertain and delight you with these two recipes that, in their simplicity and delicacy have a great balance of flavors.
The ingredients used are simple (the main ingredients you will use are flour - water - tomato - eggs) and inexpensive and are also available to everyone.
No specific knowledge is required for the preparation of these two dishes, at the end of the course you will be able to prepare these recipes as if you were born in Italy and you will be able to amaze your guests with an all-Italian taste.
You will be guided step by step in the preparation, I will teach you the little secrets that my grandmother and my mother taught me.

I grew up near Milan, but my origins come from southern Italy, Puglia, a land of sea, hills and endless plains. My parents and grandparents come from a small town in the Apulian hinterland: Biccari. I still remember long Apulian summers with my mother in the kitchen eating delicious fresh bread with tomatoe and basil. My passion for cooking was born there, walking the stone alleys, with the many fragrences and aromas of traditional food all round.
Life can be funny sometimes, when the biggest difficulties actually transform into opportunities. In 2018 I was diagnosed with breast cancer for the second time and I made a promise that when I got through all of the treatment, I would leave my job and do only what I loved, cooking.
So please join me on a journey as we visit the peninsula and discover traditional, simple and genuine dishes together.
Welcome home, to Italy.
Benvenuti a casa, in Italia.
