Project planning is inherently uncertain as it must be done before the project is actually started. Therefore, the duration of the tasks is often estimated through a weighted average of optimistic, normal, and pessimistic cases.
Then the necessary resources can be estimated and costs for each activity can be allocated to each resource, giving the total project cost. At this stage, the project schedule may be optimized to achieve the appropriate balance between resource usage and project duration to comply with the project objectives.

It's intriguing to discover the course's usefulness, and I'm grateful it didn't cost a penny. Thank you so much for offering this course.
excellent
Although i have an electrical background i am very much interested in the overall planning of the project for more clarity. This course will upskill my management skills, especially in scheduling and breaking down all the activities of construction projects. I am given access to nine lectures better would be better to grant access to the rest of the lectures as well.
the lecturer speaks way too fast
Very limited and basic videos
Concise and well presented with clear practical illustrations
