Description
The Reflective Learning module is an activation of teaching trends and activation towards making learning a desire and a delight of the students. It is an exercise to narrate and re-visit the teaching outcomes and the practices towards a serene improvement as a kaizen philosophy towards making the best of the improvement modules in particular.
The teachers who motivate, differentiate, make content relevant and leave no student behind are more important than any other factor in particular. For students like the subject only when they like the teacher and is hence a directly proportional element within a classroom. The drive by the teacher in the class, with the vocabulary is signified with the equilibrium of learning together rather than teaching. The say, “Teachers know the best”, activates wisdom just in the say but in action. The sole reason for this far-fetched approach lies in the nutshell element of an easy approach of open knowledge which is free, versatile and dual with surprises. The satisfaction and the wow element within classrooms only prevails where there is a taste of “It is in the book, Ma’am, tell us something new!” As a teacher, it is our wisdom to inculcate the “I can do approach” instead of “I shall try approach” and that is universally possible only when we use kind words in the class. Compliment each kid, specially the difficult ones. That might be the only positive thing they hear all day.
The activation is to dwell on teaching improvements and the very engagement of teaching scenario within classrooms via the mechanism of re-visiting the teaching strategies towards selection of tools, self realization of making the learning outcomes and involving the letting go of many of the things that are associated with individual identity in order to find the identification with the true self towards improvement as a habit.

The music is too loud and distracting. The slides are wordy and the voice is too distracting. It is hard to follow along with the music, slides and monotone voice going on at the same time. There are timers, messenger notifications and rustling paper in the background.

Good
Excellent course
Music is too loud and reading is too slow. The content is brilliant.

Wow! Felt like a religious cult session. It wouldn’t surprise me to learn that subliminal messages were in this presentation. Low-key and monotone voice, music in the background and many references to the self. Distractions in the background included noises, like ruffling papers, a verbal timer, and more. The instructor only used slides, like from a PowerPoint presentation, that were mostly things found in other books or on other websites.
The instructor read slides and I don't like a meditation sound.
