Tamar Kamionkowski
Professor of Biblical Studies
Tamar Kamionkowski is professor of Bible at the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College, where she has been training rabbinical students for over 20 years. She holds degrees from Oberlin College, Harvard Divinity School and a Brandeis University. She is also the founder of the Kamionkowski Bet Midrash, an online Hebrew learning center.
Tamar is the author of Leviticus: A Wisdom Commentary (Liturgical Press, 2018), Gender Reversal and Cosmic Chaos: Studies in the Book of Ezekiel (Sheffield Academic Press, 2003) and co-editor of Bodies, Embodiment and Theology of the Hebrew Scriptures (T&T Clark, 2010).
Tamar loves (in no particular order) scifi, teaching, learning, DIY home projects, being Jewish, being a mom and a wife!

Excelente! Bem didático. Você realmente aprende a ler, de modo inicial, claro, mas se continuar e pegar vocabulário, aprenderá o idioma. Perdi o bloqueio com esse curso.

Yes. I am complete novice and it's been good. I would have preferred the vowels presented in logical order (1 dot, 2 dot, 3 dot) as opposed to sound order but neither here nor there really.
It is really great. I have another Hebrew course but that one goes really fast and It's bit advanced but I use it to supplement this. Without this course I would have been confused with the other one. By watching the other course I learnt that we were using Nikkud and the way she describe and explain everything is great for someone learning for the first time.
I realised that she also has other courses on her website which I will be getting. I would 100% recommend this course and it's free. Now that I know how she teaches, I am confident that her other courses will also be good, but I have to finish this one first :). Thank you teacher.

Very good.
Now I must study hard to better memorize the letters and vowels. I want to learn how to write in the form of press and cursive and practice.
Straight forward, simple and clear.
