The content was interesting and informative, however, the special effects of the videos (and occasionally the editing) made the videos distracting at times.

When I saw that this course confused Darius for Xerxes there was no reason for me to continue. If the simple identification of the Persian emperor is wrong, then how can I trust the rest of it?

When I saw "Ancient Bible Study Methods" and "The Hillel method" mentioned in the description of these lectures, I was intrigued. However!!! Maybe this lecture series is only meant as a promotion for the book written by the author? I honestly listened to ALL the lectures, but unfortunately I can't list anything that would cause me to recommend these lectures to someone else. (Maybe I am too strict about a lecture series for which there is no charge?) Finally, I should add that the technical delivery of this course is also very unprofessional. Please never include background music for a lecture!!! People are trying to hear the content - not be entertained! Also the use of pictures and strange video clips does not help...
