Overall there were some good concepts, but specifically (because you asked): 1. Be careful with spelling 2. Dead air – very disconcerting 3. Be careful of using your hands too much as people will typically speed up to 1.5x and it's very 'active'. 4. Your Video #3/#6 – Introduction picture doesn't have enough time (particularly, obviously on 1.5x) 5. You are on screen too much - handsome as your are, I would have preferred to see more 'data' - charts/graphs 6. There were a couple of colloquial references I was not familiar with 7. To continue a 'following' you should get a youtube channel 8. Circle of influence is too small in Video #7 9. Based on the content/deliverables you could expand this to be a valuable course but concentrate on additional challenges people have and resources they can check out

Loved the course! Easy to do and follow. With practical and effective exercises you can use to improve your communication. However, the course was a little short of 20 dollars. Would have liked to see some more content but overall it was fantastic.

I think that just watching and listening to the host speak was enough to show how to effectively communicate. The early explanation of the 7% rule helped me to pick up on how he was effectively communicating with the audience throughout the course. In the role-model exercise, it would have been more helpful if he had told me more specific things to look for in the speaker. My favorite exercise was that in which he had me list things I did wrong when communicating and then using the "coin toss" on the effector statements. Finally, I liked the emphasis on lifelong learning.
