The state of Self-Rejection is an Imbalanced State of Mind. So, whenever we reject others, ourselves, the world, the mind will be Imbalanced.
When the mind is imbalanced, one will begin to over-think, over-react, stress, fear, and so forth. Existing health problems can also be exacerbated and new problems can also arise if the Mind is in a prolonged state of imbalance.
The key to balancing the Mind is to develop Self-Acceptance.
And the more the Mind is Balanced, the less one will experience negativities and problems within.
But how do we develop Self-Acceptance?
In this course, you will be guided through a guided meditation to develop Self-Acceptance at the root level of the mind so that you can learn what Self-Acceptance is from direct experience.
The goal of the meditation is to provide one a practice to experience and learn the state of Self-Acceptance so that one can maintain that state of mind throughout their day.
