From a young age Charlotte knew her purpose was to help and empower others. She graduated with a BA in Psychology and began her professional career working in rehabilitation and drug treatment, which lasted over 15 years.
Personal growth and development have always been important to her and she went on to further her studies in drug and alcohol counselling treatment and psychotherapy, to enhance her knowledge and skills.
Charlotte's meditation journey began over 20 years ago and has taken her from her hometown in England, to spending time with monks in Thailand and teachers in Indian. She's also discovered styles in other countries such as China and Indonesia. With that being said you don’t have to travel across the world to learn how to meditate, you can learn the basics in her courses and enjoy the benefits from the comfort of your own home. Charlotte is also a certified Mindfulness Meditation teacher.
Charlotte's spiritual path led her to discover Reiki after going through a difficult life transition where her health deteriorated. She knew that 'one day' she would learn Reiki for self-healing. However, she didn't take action on this for 2 years. On reflection it wasn't the right timing and the universe had other plans. Fast forward to the here and now and she is a fully accredited Reiki Practitioner, helping those around her bring balance and inner peace in to their life.
