Brian teaches yoga and meditation classes for all levels. His yoga style is Vinyasa with elements of Bhakti, Ayurveda, and Tantra. His meditation style is influenced by the Five Mindfulness Trainings (as given by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh), the Eight Limbs of Yoga (as outlined by Patanjali), the Five Elements (as taught in Ayurveda: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Space), and the Seven Chakras (recognized by Hatha Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine). Brian has been interviewed for his work by Yoga Digest, Recovery 2.0, Malibu Times, Mantra Yoga + Health, Alignyo, Life by Me, YogaStart, Yoga Earth, Sivana, Neon Tommy, and Origin. His writing has been published by Yoga Digest, Upward Frog (official Manduka blog), role/reboot, Best Ever You, and Mantra Yoga + Health. His classes, courses, and recordings are available on Udemy, Yoga30, and Insight Timer. Brian is a Legacy Ambassador for lululemon, and a yoga and meditation ambassador for Manduka. He created 12-Step Yoga, a program for men and women in addiction recovery in West Hollywood, CA. He founded Strand Street Yoga, a donation-based yoga gathering in Santa Monica, CA. Brian's words and images are included in the 2016 photo/essay book “Inside the Warrior.” Brian has taught yoga and meditation classes at Four Seasons, Equinox, and LA Fitness. He has created meditation, mindfulness, and yoga programs for Riviera Recovery, Cast Recovery, and Cliffside Malibu. Brian enjoys spending time with family and being of service to organizations that support equality, peace, animal welfare, and childhood educational enrichment.
