Patricia is an accomplished Chinese chef, where she trained at the Selangor and Wilayah Ku Shu Shin Choong Hung Restaurant Association, Malaysia and was awarded a bronze award in the individual section upon completing the course.
She has attained certificates from The French Culinary School in Asia-Professional Bakery, for Taiwanese Style Bread Baking, French Traditional Bread, Artisanal Bread Making, Sweet & Savoury Macaron conducted by Master Pastry Chef Jean Francois Arnaud and The Art of Charcuterie conducted by Chef Jean Michel Fraisse.
Taylor's College, School of Hospitality n Tourism Malaysia awarded her The International Certification in Patisserie, advance level and from the International School of Home Cookery for the following: Penang Nyonya Kuih, Professional Cake Course, Professional Asian Cooking, Indian Cooking, Thai Cooking, Malaysian Cooking, Penang Hawkers Food, Classic Moon Cake Course, and Pastry Course.
She had also completed her course from the English Hotbread School of Baking with a certification in Indonesian Kuih and Cake Course, The Technology of Bread and Flour Confectionery, Thai Cream Decoration and Thai Noodles.
Patricia worked for a high-profile electrical company specializing in Microwave Ovens and has conducted hands-on microwave cooking for 15 years, for both adults and children. She has studied all kinds of local and international cooking and her main job was to convert conventional recipes into microwave-oven recipes.
She had also published two microwave cookbooks.
