I am an NLP Practitioner and an ICF trained coach. I have helped and supported people from many different backgrounds over the years achieve more from their lives by realising their full potential and finally going for what they want in life.

I have worked across many different countries and cultures that have helped me gain more insight into how to help others. I specialise in life, parenting, career and wellness coaching.
