In Section 2: Idea of Options, Chapter 3: Call & Put - Yin & Yang of Options, at 3:18, the presentation shows the definition of Put Option, and their it is written, "...where the Seller of Contract...", which makes me doubtful, because it should be buyer of contract and not seller of contract. It's because from the example, X owns the house, so he is the seller of the house, but, X doesn't want to lose Y so he pays Rs. 10,000, to hold Y, so X should be buying the contract here, i.e., X is buying the right to sell his property from Y
