The fifth in this series of short practical trainings to overcoming fear of success - "dunk" training is all about making the leap.
It's taking that bold action, the plunge, jumping off the high board... safely.
In this video course, my aim is to help you see and feel, in your life:
- where it might be time to take the leap
- when it's not appropriate to "dunk"
- how to get ready to show up
- why, sometimes, the "dunk" is the only type of action that can take us from "I'd like to" to "I did that"
- how to navigate “the wall”
- where you need to line up your support before you "dunk" and
- and understand all the more subtle “dunks” you practice every day.
We don't always succeed when we take the leap, but sometimes it's the only way we can learn: how it feels, what we still need to practice, whether we "got it" or not and, perhaps most importantly, whether or not what we're leaping into is our personal dream or just false success.
Designed to be taken independently or in any order, this series of trainings is the culmination of many of the lessons I've learned as I've escaped fear of success, including many, many "dunks" along the way.
