Adaptation is a natural survival technique, the ability to grow or shift as our circumstances or environment changes, to be who or what is required in the moment. Adaptation includes our coping strategies when times get tough.
In order to overcome our fear of success - the fear of our own power - we often have to look back at how and why we have adapted, perhaps in hiding our talents or being flexible to the point of breaking ourselves. In the moments of crisis that follow on from previous crises, we have the opportunity to reflect on how we have adapted and whether that deviation from our true nature still serves us, or if it's time to let go.
