The instructor is using a system that is not taught in this class! He keeps talking about these bands (big toe sacrum band? Never heard of it!) but doesn’t explain what they are. He calls the fingers the roots. But, he never actually talks about the muscles. He uses a breathing technique that would cause me to hyperventilate. And, worse, there is very little work done on the rotator cuff itself and less on the neck. More time is spent on the back and the fingers. Maybe there is a part 1 that explains the theory behind his approach, but it is not presented here.

The instructor uses a technique that he refers to as the Raynor Massage and it is part of a previous video, one that I can't find, also, his camera guy gets in the way or the camera guy doesn't show what the instructor is working on, he just shows the Ricardo's back. I was so disappointed, he doesn't tell you what these " bands" are or even an explanation, he just keeps referring to a previous video which gets really frustrating.

Definitly interesting. I Loved the techniques. My issue was with the cameraman. He would often get in the way, be out of focus and or not frame the area the maseuse was working. It was distracting and irritating.

having charts to correlate with hands, shoulder and head energy and emotional lines would help to follow the techniques and flow.

This was very interesting course. Some of it was a great review, appreciated the new perspective on massage, tension and bands of tension. Would like to see more courses on this type of massage.
Some of the camera angles could have been improved, but other than that the course was informative.

Very helpful and some new information! Especially about the importance of breathing to help release tension.
It seems that it is building on a technique i am not familiar with. I didn’t take a course prior that refers to the bands and breathing. Probably my fault for not researching more.
