** UPDATED 11TH JULY 2019**
Do you find yourself grinding away doing cardio, watching what you eat down to the bite, drinking the greenest smoothies you can make, riding the Paleo wave, and strictly avoiding refined sugar.... and you are STILL skinny fat? Oh, and super conscious about all of this...?
I know that feeling of frustration because I was a skinny fat guy. For years! You know, I looked good with clothes on until I had to take my shirt off...
This was my routine:
Religiously eat "clean calories" from health food shops (the more expensive the "better" for me)
Spend 2-3 hours a day doing group cardio classes to get my "sweat on"
Never do weight lifting because I didn't want to get "big"
....be patient and wait for my body to transform into a beach body... :)
After a good 18 months of running this routine. I was still rocking the skinny fat body (aka. "dad bod")
Not confident. Frustrated.
And then I turned the situation around and I am now a fitness model competitor.
If you run a routine like I did and suffering the impact of being a skinny fat. Don't worry. This course is designed for you! And don't worry, this course is also for the skinny fat ladies out there.

As a personal trainer, I heard a lot of mistakes and wrong statements, like "if a woman has arms bigger than a man, it is because she takes steroids"
i think "Brad Newton" this guy is so perfect. In this, his personal transformation inspired me and this course is full of knowledge. thanks Brad
Excellent information,very knowledgeable
Very informative and helpful
Useful information but he could have summarized it in just 30 minutes and kept it more focused.
I thought it was informative. Even though I'm familiar with some of the concepts presented, I still learned something new. I liked the instructor's approach. It was like listening to a friend who was telling you like it is. He had a fairly common sense approach to things. It was refreshing to hear, or not hear about any specific diet, as far a nutrition, to eat what we still enjoyed while following a fairly easy guideline. He also didn't push supplements. He did mention a couple as optional, but mostly reiterated that we should be relying on nutrition to get the things we need. I liked that and appreciated it. Thank you. On a personal note, I've always enjoyed a good weightlifting routine. Although, I will admit, I also thoroughly enjoy a good kickboxing routine from time to time. I too have told a friend of mine countless number of times that she will not bulk up lifting weights on a normal basis. She was so terrified of that. I was so proud the day she told me that she actually added weights to her routine! I've also read that weightlifting is good for our bones and combating osteoporosis, especially after menopause.
