Description
Greetings! I find Spanish to be a super musical language, a bit like Portuguese. There are PLENTY of countries that speak it too. So what better way to go about it than by taking a little musical tour of some salsa, rumba, and boogaloo. I always struggled with languages at school but as soon as I started getting more into the music, I was able to get conversational (which I never achieved at school). These 10 songs will start you off, and there are many more on the LTM playlists for later. Muchas gracias, I hope you enjoy the course.

Great Course! I've learned so much about the Latin American songwriters and famous singers. Sometimes there were some lines missing in the resources but if you look the songs up you can fill them in by yourselves. Overall, I made a lot of notes and learned much Spanish words as well as culture and new songs. Definitely will save some songs for my playlist. Thank you so much! Muchas gracias! ^^
The songs are beautiful but it feels more like a playlist instead of a learning tool it would be better if the songs was written in english and spanish.
I did not watch the whole thing. First the first little song. No written lyrics. Then skipped to Guantanemera. Written lyrics but presented in a way that they were immediately receding into distance - hard to read. Bailed on course at that point.
Well, I find it not as expected. I simply can go on youtube and download songs with lyrics, it's an easy job! I don't know, I thought it'd be like a song and explanation of other parts of the language.
