After serving in technology sales and leadership roles for over two decades, founder Brenda Brooks, CCTC (Certified Career Transition Coach) began to realize that much of her work surrounded mentoring employees, coworkers and friends through a variety of career transitions. She learned that seemingly satisfied, loyal employees were reaching levels of burnout and dissatisfaction while quietly doing their jobs. She witnessed many who were going through the motions while desperately wanting to do something else, unable to make a career change for a variety of reasons, primarily financial.
Brenda experienced much of this in her own career and began to assist others with what she had learned. She now uses her defined process coupled with her wisdom, experience, professional contacts, leadership and coaching skills to simplify the complicated. She coaches individuals to get from where they are, to where they really want to be.
