基础八桩第三个桩功是立天柱。什么是天柱?天柱就是我们后背的中线,起于会阴,止于百会。这里有脊柱,有督脉和膀胱经,这里是中枢神经的通道,所以称作生命中线。天柱这么重要,而这里偏偏是先行老化区,感觉迟钝区。所以立天柱是内功的攻坚战,一定要下大力气把它拿下。
The third of the fundamental eight stances is Li Tian Zhu (erecting heaven pillar). What is Tian Zhu? Tian Zhu is the center line of our back, starting from perineum and ending at Baihui. Here are the spine, Du Meridian and bladder meridian. Here is the channel of the central nerve, so it is called the midline of life. Tian Zhu is so important, but here is the first aging area and the insensitive area. Therefore, exercise on Tian Zhu is a crucial battle of internal skill. We must make great efforts to take it down.
练到立天柱就己经涵盖整个桩身了,因为地柱加天柱称为太极三柱桩。天柱上有八个意守部位,会阴,尾闾,腰椎,胸椎下这样往上排。立天柱桩功用了六个心法,松天柱练感觉,攀天柱通气血,坠天柱练整体沉坠,摇天柱练腰胯一体。总之,立天柱桩法以心意练实感,要精雕细琢,因为你练的是生命中线。
The whole body has been covered by the practice of Li Tian Zhu, because the two ground column plus the heaven pillar called Taiji three column pile. There are 8 mind-leading points on Tian Zhu: perineum, tail, lumbar spine and thoracic spine. Six mind-leading skills are used in Li Tian Zhu stance. Loosen Tian Zhu to practice feeling, climb Tian Zhu to pass Qi and blood, fall Tian Zhu to practice sinking as a whole, and shake Tian Zhu to practice waist crotch integration. You need patience and care to practice Li Tian Zhu stance, because you practice the center line of life.
立天柱康养的目的就是要拥有强盛的生命中线,就是防止这里老化,当然也包括对腰椎和颈椎疾患的康复。立天柱在内固身法方面有两点:一是立身中正,二是腰胯一体。对太极拳来说这两点是顶级重要的。没有立身中正,打拳扭腰晃尾;没有腰胯一体,就空谈周身整劲。
