I am Dr. Ujjwal Bikram Khadka. I am a certified leadership coach and a best-selling author. Over the years, I have followed and practiced the art and craft of creativity. And I am here to present best practices and insights on the subjects.
Through this course, you will learn the process of generating ideas. You will know and distinguish between thinking and creativity and understand how they are related.
Now, I was trained as a medical doctor, and have read many books on neurophysiology. I have also spent hundreds of hours trying to understand the scientific basis behind creativity and thinking. So, the insights in this course is drawn from that experience.
So, in this course we will learn how to exercise our "creative muscle". The course will enable you to acknowledge and understand the process that goes in thinking. Furthermore, it will help us understand the importance of both--thinking and creativity!
This course is divided into two sections:
In the first section, we will learn and understand what it entails to be a creative in your individual fronts.
And, in the next section, we will know the importance of fostering creativity to achieve success in organizational settings.

We will understand the importance of hard-work and determination in fostering ideas. We will learn the positive impact of community in fostering our "creative and innovative potential". We will also learn why seeking "ideas that foster greater good" offers lasting happiness and fulfillment. Likewise, we will understand why it helps to operate from a place of happiness....and why or how happiness and creativity are interconvertible. Finally, we will learn the basic ideas, neurophysiology and processes inherent in the "generation of newer ideas and insights". Yes, we will learn both the principles and practice.
And so much more—For instance, we will first explore what it entails to succeed as a creative in self. Then, we will specifically direct our attention to learning ways to foster creativity and innovation in the organization. We will also understand why and how creativity and innovation in any organizations are the way to go, when it comes to fostering productivity and economic success.
We will also learn how thinking and creativity are tied to each other. We will also learn the process of "looking for" or "generating" ideas and insights. Plus, we will learn how being resourceful is a way to foster creativity and more resourcefulness.
