Traditional arabic dish presented with all authenticity
Thanks for putting this course online for free.
However, here are some points to consider if ever wanting people to pay for any of the courses.
1. The course is just basically power point slides. No video. Just photos and voiceover with directions.
2. The directions and preparation process is unclear.I did not understand a thing of what I'm supposed to do. I'm from the Middle East, and I still didn't understand.
3. If the course is in English language, then please make sure the words are translated correctly (example; Loumy is Dry Lime, not Lemon)
4. If the course is in English language, then please make sure the words are pronounced correctly and the spelling is correct (there were numerous mistakes)
5. It's important to clarify what the ingredients are named outside of the Middle East. You say yoghurt and jameed (yoghurt) and zabadi, and they're all a bit different. If the course is in English, it's most probably for people living for example in Europe, who can't find Jameed
6. again clarify what the ingredients are, example Meat. What kind of meat? beef? lamb? chicken? and what piece from the animal is it?
7. Avoid saying unnecessary things. Example; "Plastic" plate. It's just a plate or a bowl.
8. The course is titled as a recipe, and there's more about the country and culture. It's better to either put in something small about the country, or make a separate course about the culture
Thanks!

Having spent time in Jordan, this was a little disappointing. Nice attempt, but some detail on the sites and artefacts would have been nice. Also, much of the Mansef I ate in Jordan had saffron in the dish, so was surprised it was missed here. All the best.
