I had more expectations on the practicals with exercise examples and menus etc.
this course is too general. I was expecting more solutions than for instance: - a cold shower at the beginning of the day I do it before going to the bed to reach my anabolic state - no info on the micronutrients supplements I use omega 3 (720 millgr of EDA + 480 milligr of DHA) + a pack of Calcium + Zinc + Magnesium I will now only take 2 cups of coffee. I did before 3-4 in the morning in my intermittent fasting. The caffeine is not good for the cortisol hormone. 200 milligr is quite better than 400 milligr of caffeine. For me the max was 300 mgr which is very good for the heart ...
