This course is an introductory course to UPTIME the new standard for TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
TPM is long in the tooth, isn’t it time to reinvent seventy-year old system? Well, the stars aligned when George’s client and Mike Wroblewski came up with the same idea at the same time. Today, the UPTIME@ System for Equipment Effectiveness will forever change the way you look at and care for your equipment.
This course is meant to share the pitfalls of TPM, and the approaches that have not worked in the past. Join Mike Wroblewski and George Trachilis as they share their experiences in this mini course. The full course will be available by the end of 2023.

Mike Wroblewski is an internationally-recognized expert in kaizen and lean leadership.
As a sensei, coach, consultant, author and keynote speaker, Mike shares his experience with the world. Mike is President and Founder of Dantotsu Consulting.
He is the co-author of the book Creating a Kaizen Culture which was selected for a 2015 Shingo Research and Professional Publication Award. Mike has over 25 years of experience in industrial engineering, continuous improvement and kaizen. He was the former Director of Kaizen Institute USA. He has also served as an internal consultant and Lean Sensei with Batesville Casket Company with three factories winning the IndustryWeek “Top 10 Best Plants” awards a total of nine times and one facility awarded Assembly Magazine North American Plant of the Year.
He is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from the Milwaukee School of Engineering with a Bachelors Degree from Miami University and Masters Degree from Kettering University. Mike is a popular keynote speaker at numerous national and international conferences sharing his insights and experiences leading kaizen.
